There is no better filling to your sandwich than Collier’s Powerful Welsh Cheddar.

Why not try Darren Gough’s suggestions for sensational cheese sandwiches:

 

Collier’s with Caramelised Apple & Prosciutto

Heat a small pan. Add a small sliced apple and a knob of butter and cook for 4 -5 minutes. Add a tbsp of brown sugar and cook until apple is caramelised.

Lightly toast some sliced ciabatta and top with the caramelised apple, pile over some torn watercress and thickly sliced Collier’s Cheddar and sandwich with the other slice of ciabatta.

 

Mediterranean Collier’s

Mix a handful of diced sun blushed tomatoes with some finely chopped red onion, some sliced black olives, a few capers with a splash of extra virgin olive and some salt and pepper.

Take 2 fresh slices of sour dough bread and top with the salsa and a handful of mixed rocket and basil leaves and some thickly grated Collier’s Cheddar and the other slice of bread.  Drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil.

 

Colliers with Beetroot & Horseradish Crème Fraiche

Mix a spoonful of crème fraiche with a smaller spoon of horseradish.

Spread this over a slice of rustic whole meal bread.

Top with thinly sliced cooked beetroot and thickly sliced Colliers Cheddar cheese and some thinly shredded iceberg lettuce. Sandwich together with the other slice of bread.
