    50ml Brown Ale,
    1 tbsp Dijon Mustard,
    1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce,
    200g Colliers Cheddar, grated,
    3 Shallots, finely diced,
    3 x Traditional English Muffins, cut in half ,

Preparation and Cooking

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

Preheat the grill

Toast the muffins on both sides, under the grill

Spread a layer of the cheese mix on top, quite thickly, and grill until brown and blistered.

And serve immediately
