TV Celebrity Chef Matt Tebbutt appeared on the Collier’s Cheese stand at the recent International Cheese Awards, cooking a selection of recipes with this distinctive cheese. The gold award came as Fayrefield Foods - which produces Collier’s - unveiled its flagship cheese’s brand new look at the world’s largest cheese show where competition was fierce with 2,761 competitors from 24 countries pitted against each other in 160 competition classes.
