TV chef to head Collier's sales push


Collier's, which last year won "Best Welsh Cheese" at the world’s largest cheese show at Nantwich, has teamed up with Matt to develop a range of tasty and easy to make recipes at www.collierscheese.com

Matt, whose extensive TV appearances include presenting Market Kitchen on BBC2 and UKTV Food, is the new face of Collier’s and will appear in future advertising campaigns.

The “Be My Guest” promotion launches on 9 March and runs for eight weeks with five Gastro Experiences worth £500 to be won, which include a two-night stay for two, dinner including a bottle of wine, bed and breakfast at the Foxhunter near Abergavenny in South Wales. Fifty runners up will receive a copy of Matt Tebbutt’s cook book, Matt Tebbutt Cooks Country, worth £20.

“Matt is one of the UK’s most exciting young chefs and we are sure that Collier’s fans new and old will be keen to try his recipes that make the most of Collier’s unique and dramatic taste,” says Fayrefield Foods’ Theresa Kerr.
