As a Englishman to admit buying welsh cheese it must be great cheese and it is simply the best i have ever tasted well done colliers

Congratulations Colliers! Your cheese is simply the best tasting cheddar on the shelves of our shops today. I have spent considerably more on specialist cheddars from small producers and have never come across anything that combines such fullness of flavour and smooth texture, at such an everyday price. At last, I can afford to enjoy a 1st class cheddar in the cooking, as well as on its own with a good red wine. My fridge now has a dedicated Colliers shelf. You've made me very happy - thank you!

After so many years of buying cheese that says, Vintage, extra strong, tasty, mature and extra mature, and once tasted finding that they don't actually taste like a mass produced piece of rubber, I have eventually found a cheese that actually does and gives what it says on the packet. This is one of the best full flavoured, superbly textured and powerful tasting cheddar cheese I have ever tasted and to top it all off, its Welsh. Who could ask for anything more??? Fabulous.......

I have been a cheese lover for all my life and for a few years I lived in wales and came across colliers cheese in swansea Tesco. I have tried many french and spanish cheeses but always thought that English cheddar could not be beaten. But I was wrong!!!! Colliers is just sweet, nutty, mature, salty and I can buy it in my local village shop- but it goes as soon as it is delivered ! But don't tell everyone- its the best kept secret ever!!!! I give it for Christmas presents!.

Having moved from Wales to England I relish this unique taste of home, trouble is everyone else loves it too. It's my guilty secret - I hide it!

Congratulations to Colliers for a fantastic cheese. Wonderful flavour, tangy but smooth. I even take it abroad with me when I go. It is something that I have to eat everyday. Well done to the Colliers team.

I've been a fan of Collier's Welsh Cheddar for about 2 years and do not buy anything else. Its got a lovely tangy taste raw and its superb cooked. Well done Collier's.

ive been looking for the tastiest cheese for as long as i can remember. i think i have found it!

Got the taste for Colliers some years ago and surprised to find such a strong taster in a Supermarket. Dont buy anything else as nothing is good as Colliers and have introduced it to friends. Always seem to have the strength from pack to pack which is quite unusual with other branded cheeses.
