I'm so pleased that I've "discovered" Collier's cheese and hope now it will be readily available in my local supermarket.
8-0 it!

:-D This cheese is gorgeous. I normally buy Cathedral City, but about a week ago my partner and I were shopping in Tesco and he looked at your cheese and said try that one. I asked him whether he had tried Colliers before and he said no but he thought it looked good. I was hesitant to at first in case I didn't like it, but thought I'd give it a go, and it was DELICIOUS. Better than Catherdral, much more of a kick and so morish. Thank you for making such a lovely cheese.

I was introduced to Colliers cheese by my sister, Mrs. Shirley Davies, who needless to say is married to a Welshman! As a lifelong buyer of strong Canadian cheddar, I had my reservations about the cheese until I tried it! Now, needless to say, I buy no other cheddar cheese and have recommended it to all and sundry - often to strangers standing by the cheese section in supermarkets. Sometimes it is hard to spot, as it is often put up on a higher shelf and if you don't know what to look for, you never know it is there. It's not often I suggest TV advertising, but I think this might be an idea to bring it to the attention of a wider market (Mind you, perhaps you can't make enough of the cheese for that!!). Keep up the good work and keep mining the cheese.

Fantastic cheddar been buying it since first appeared on my supermarket shelves, unfortunately last week the cheese was not to your usual standards very disappointing !! None of the strong taste I have come to associate to Colliers in fact very mild and crumbly a Caerphilly rather than a Cheddar :-? Will still continue to buy Colliers and hope this was just ONE bad batch.:-D

THE BEST CHEDDAR EVER! It makes my mouth tingle just thinking about! No other cheese comes anywhere close!
I find it best on toast with some ground dried chillis!! Yum!

My husband was most doubtful the day I bought my first pack of Collier's Cheddar, and expressed some mirth at the dour Miners' faces on the pack.
But once he bit into your fantastic cheddar, he does not want any other. You really do make the Creme de la Creme of Cheddars, whether it's with crackers or by itself.
Colliers, you're the best! 8-08-08-0

:-(We have been buying your cheddar from the day it was available & I have sung its praises to all I know, BUT, the last 2 packs have not been at all good. The pack of last week was so strong it burned the mouth and this weeks, well its so mild and crumbly its more like caerphilly, can you let me know the reason as its most disappointing.

I tried to visit your site using my Firefox browser but the pages take minutes to load. It works OK with IE, but most people will just give up!

;-);-);-)ive been buying colliers welsh chedder for about 4yrs now ive tried others when my supermarket has run out of it such as pilgrims choice, and all the other well known brands, but none of them come up to the standard and quality of colliers this is without any doubt a top class cheese and tastes as chedder should taste not like the dull and bland taste like other makes, this is a quality cheddar cheese and i will continue to buy it, harold richards, redcar, cleveland,

I would not usually bother to contact a food manufacturer website, but I wanted to express my regards to yourselves as to this fantastic Welsh cheddar. I have been buying it regularly for about 2 years now and not only has this cheese got a fantastically rich flavour - merely saying 'strong' does not do it justice - but the quality of your cheese is CONSISTANT. This is the quality above all others that will keep cheese fans such as myself loyal to your worthy brand. Well done!

I have been an enthusiast for your cheddar cheese for some time having first come across it in our small supermarket in Cowbridge Vale of Glamorgan. Recently I have bought it in the local Tesco branch and have found that the early quality has dropped markedly and the most recent purchase has found the cheese to be soapy and sharp in flavour rather than tangy and with the earlier true cheddar texture. I hope this is a blip and not the dropping of standards to meet the large supermarket demand. Reassurance please!

Chris Samuel
