I love your cheese, but sadly my local Tesco don't stock it any more. Any chance of making it available to buy online?

We are a cheese loving Welsh family that has lived in Ontario,Canada for many years. I was pleasantly surprised to recently find Collier's Cheddar at our local supermarket (Sobeys). We have just sampled it accompanied by a Canadian Niagara Cabernet Sauvignon. Fabulous, this will be our first choice in Cheddar from now on.

50 years ago I lived in South Wales. Mother would buy cheddar cheese from the local grocer. In the early sixties, our family moved to North West England, and the distinctive flavour of South Wales cheddar was lost......until now. Colliers takes me back to those childhood days!! Thank you!!

We picked up Collier's cheese on a shopping visit to Inverness, had a bit and went back for more. Nothing else seems to measure up. This is the nearest to the cheese I once bought regularly for my Mother when I was 5 or 6 years old (40 years ago), really, really good stuff. We lived in Somerset, near Cheddar it self! At long last we have found a cheese that measures up to the old cheddars. Are we able to purchase Collier's cheese online?

Hi, I love love love your cheese, started eating it a few years ago, have being very loyal to Royal Canadian Cheddar, but after the first bite of your cheese, I was hooked. I get so frustrated when I can't get it in my local Asda, who I shop on line with, and have to make a special trip to Sainsburys to stock up on it. I'm now going into your recipe section to see what you can do with it cooking wise. I have a guilty pleasure, which is eating it with a bag of Walkers Cheese and Onion crisps, delicious. thanks and keep up the good work.

Of all the Cheddars that Tesco sell, yours is by far and away the best. If only they could always sell it at £2 for the 380g (or thereabouts) block! Dellicious. David

Dear Sirs, Cheese is important and a mature cheddar the most important of all. Having tried many different brands, some reasonable some bad, but when I tasted Colliers mature cheddar, oh wow! that is the one for me. Whatever Colliers is served with it shines through, if one needs a taste thrill just cut off a slice and eat it. It also cooks very well, so many cheeses change in flavour when cooked. I have made a up a recipe using Colliers mature and spinach as a source to have with pasta. Long may you continue, With thanks, Bryan.

This is the cheese, which has the taste of all the cheeses I have ever tasted. Try it with a good Port or agood red wine. It is THE CHEESE . The cheese you have always looked for. I speak with 77 years of tasting cheeses from around the world. Lo and behold here it is on our doorstep

I found my heavenly cheese 5 years ago when I bought Colliers for the first time, and I had tried all the well known brands before only to find inconsistency of flavour and texture in all of them from one packet to the next. This cheese maintains its fantastic quality and flavour each and every time I purchase it, what quality what a business. You must have such pride in the way you manufacture your product to produce this quality so consistently. I have introduced all my friends to your cheese and they have all dumped previouis manufacturers cheeses in exchange for yours because of its reliability. May you go on forever manufacturing this quality cheese and good luck for the future to the company and its employees. Best wishes from Beth.

where have you been all my life? my kids (resident in south east Wales) have been raving about this wonderful cheese for months. they finally took pity on mum and brought some on their last visit. short of finding a store in this benighted part of the world I'll have to rely on them bringing more... and more....and more!! everyone here who has tried it has been bowled over by what I can only describe as a smooth kick! THE best cheddar ever.

Nothing but Collier's cheddar in our house since I discovered it many years ago - 16 month old niece tucks in, too. I'm waiting with eager anticipation for Collier's butter to arrive in the next fridge .. when's it coming to London??
