First tasted Colliers at Abergavenny Food Festival several years ago and have been eating it ever since. My local Tesco and Morrisons here in Norfolk nearly always stock it about which I am delighted. Love it for snacking and for cooking.

We first tried Colliers about 3 years ago and have been hooked ever since - and we have spread the word too and got family and friends converted. Keep up the good work.

People often take flowers, wine or chocolates when invited out for dinner. After tasting what others consider "good" cheese at these outings - I've been taking Colliers and as a result - I now get decent cheese when I get invited back! Every one has been converted. For the past 3 years I have been quietly promoting it for selfish reasons I suppose...but Hey! Why not when it's this good?

Coming from a traditional mining community, I love the packaging of such a gorgeous cheese. How about a "snap" box that features the Welsh dragon and the collier? I can think of lots of people to buy one for! "Snap" is your packed lunch if you live in Derbyshire! elaine

Best cheese around, nothing to beat it for flavour. I even spread the word with the cashiers in Tesco to buy it, as it's sooooo good!

Sign Guestbook...I first bought Colliers Cheese because of a promo offer (damn, those things work) and now I don't consider other cheddars to be anywhere close. I love the taste of Colliers and keep telling people about i. They think I'm mad. I've since visited Wales and would love to move there (ok, I don't think that's just because of the cheese). Now....if Colliers could produce a blue veined version the world would be perfect. A Welsh blue cheese...go on,......

After becoming addicted to to Colliers, imagine the horror of discovering that it was not in stock at Morrisons and after asking found to find it was not to be stocked for some time,After loudly saying that we would have to go to Sainsburys(and other people must have said similar) lo and behold it was back on the shelves, people power rules the shelves and Colliers rules the cheese!.

Experienced Colliers yesterday when visiting Brecon. Stopped off at the Wellington Hotel for lunch. I had a jacket potato topped with cheese, with salad. The cheese was so good I asked the waitress for the name......needless to say on my way home I stopped off at Tesco's and purchased a block....now the family are hooked....I may have to start hiding it!!!!

This is the hotest cheese around, a nice taste smooth and far better than Cathedral.

For merchandise ideas - what about a recipe Book contributed to by members or Oven Gloves (or both!)?

Re comments for merchandise. In the website you talk about the traditions and history of the cheese accompanied by a photo of a proper miners lunchbox. Do I need to to go on? A black/silver one of these with a big embosed Colliers emblem on it. You would sell thousands, and be a good promotional tool, every pack has a voucher, so many vouchers equals a lunchbox.

ive been buying colliers welsh cheddar now for 4yrs, first at my morrisons store here in redcar, untill they stopped selling it so im able o buy it from my tesco store also in redcar, they know a top class chedder cheese, when they see one, you can keep your other rubbish brands, like seriously strong, and morrisons own brand chedder, they taste like plastic and dry up within a couple of days of bieng opened, colliers welsh cheddar, is how cheddar should be, mature, nutty, moist, not dry or plastic taste but the the tops for my family, colliers welsh cheddar, earns the right to grace the shelves of any supermarket, as colliers, is ......how cheddar should be....perfection ....and top quality, long my it continue.

My mouth is watering just thinking about your cheese. The taste is perfectly creamy and there's just a hint of crust in there, like really good clotted cream with an after bite. The best cheddar by far (and I live 9 miles from Cheddar gorge and there's nothing produced around here that's half as good).
