I have only just started Collier's. It was Soooooo! TASTY that I went back to my local Tescos to buy another one - and the shelf was empty!! So, what does that tell you? And, as for new ideas for your shop, what about: 1.A cheese grater: 2. A cheese knife: 3. A sectioned dish for serving different different cheeses: 4. Sox - for 'cheesy' feet: 5. A camera; i.e. Say "Cheese".

There are some fantastic things to come out of Wales, my husband for one, Tom jones,Anthony Hopkins, the splendid welsh coast cockles and lava bread the list is endless, and then we tried COLLIERS my oh my, it doesnt get any better we are hooked line and sinker no other chedder will be as beautiful as COLLIERS So a huge THANKYOU to everyone at COLLIERS, Penny

This is the best cheese we've ever tasted. It makes a wonderful cheese sauce (usually one piece for me, one for the sauce) . We'll be taking some to France next week for our British relatives who miss their strong cheese. Just wait until they taste this !!

400g Collier's Cheese........... (Late night Welsh Rarebit), Toast soft white bread on one side only spead a very little amount of Vegemite .....(NOT marmite to strong) then grate the collier cheese with lightly grated mozzarella cheese not to much now, sliced white onions, and very thin sliced mushrooms, ground black pepper and grill dont burn to quickly. Cut into 8 triangles and share and enjoy. David Grant South Woodford London

Both my wife and I love a good mature chedder, and are always on the look out for the very best tasting chedder we can fine. To date we can say with confidence that Colliers has to be right up there, if not the best we have so far tried....keep it coming!

thanks for a great cheese I dont eat meat but have eaten cheese all my life, I love and adore the stuff,my best sandwich is I red peper cut in half filled with your great cheese and eaten raw. yummy. I also love it with an apple in a sandwich.but best of all just leave out in the kitchen and and eat a chuck at a time I dont think the pack size is big enough??

Colliers is by far the best cheddar cheese available. It was first recomended to me by a true welsh miner. Ever since the first tatse i have purchased no other cheddar than colliers. The british peaople need to realise that Wales is by far the most beautiful countries, has the best heritage and by far the BEST CHEDDAR CHEESE available. Thanks for making Colliers!!!! A true Welsh GEM.

ONLY one word for it great , i love it last thing at night before I go to bed have it on a slice of bread with pickle I have some marvalous dreams i am over 70 and this is the best I have tasted i cannot do without it hope it does not put my cholestral up well done colliers

collier's cheese is the best cheese I have ever tasted, I have told all my friends and family about the great tast too. I can't do without it, always having one in in use and one in stock... When I was pregnant, all of twenty five years ago, I had a craving for cheese thankfully I didn;t know about Collier's then as I think I would have been twice the size I was, (and that was big enough!). Thanks again for the wonderful creamy taste and wickedly strong after kick keep up the good work. THERE IS NO OTHER CHEESE TO MATCH IT!!!!!
