I have loved your cheese for 2 or 3 years now due to the salt crystals that enrich the flavour. I have bought a block today and am disappointed, no mention of salt crystals and the flavour has duly suffered.

I was disappointed by this cheddar, which I found bland and not very tasty at all, and with nothing to recommend it. I am afraid it simply doesn't live up to its marketing hype.

Sign Guestbook...Hi. I used to work at a cheese shop here in Cincinnati Ohio. A customer asked if we carried Colliers Cheddar. I had never heard of it. He had just returned from the UK and had Colliers with a Ploughman's lunch at a pub in London. We had many nice cheddars, a few from England, but no, he wanted Colliers or nothing!
I STILL haven't tried it and I can't wait for the day when I do. It would be wonderful if you sold it on-line. Or better still, I'll take a longed for trip to the UK!

Thank you for your distribution of Colliers' Cheddar cheese to the Canadian west..The best I've found to date..Wonderful with crackers and a good Cabernet. Keep doing what you are doing. Best Leona

I first tried Colliers' Cheddar some three or four years ago, and actively seek it out whenever I buy cheese. I feel so strongly that it is THE BEST mature cheddar i have tasted, that I recommend it to other shoppers gazing at the cheese section in my local Tesco.
There are many cheeses which claim to be extra mature which are most certainly NOT ! One such is P....... C..... , which is virtually tasteless. Colliers' is THE most consistent, and the next slab is as good as the last. The flavour and strength are unsurpassable !

Heard Darren Gough waxing lyrical about Colliers on Talksport. I figured if someone can be so passionate about a cheese it must be worth a try. I will never eat another cheddar again! Colliers has that 'bite' and an almost nutty taste that makes it so special. Thanks Dazza!

I recently purchased Colliers at one of our supermarkets and it was wonderful. I have always preferred Canadian aged cheddars but this was delicious.

I have recently returned to my ancestral home of Wales after living in London for many years and have been able to indulge my preference for local foods. Prof. Stead's comments on the effects of higher salt levels in food amongst the Welsh population almost certainly explains what is happening here. Using sea salt, instead of cheaper alternatives, is commendable. Add the skill in cheese and butter making which your company undoubtably has and you have an unbeatable product. Look out for Codex Alimentaries though.

I was/still am a big fan of McClellands Seriously Strong. I first came across Colliers when on offer in local Tesco. WOW! There is simply no other taste to match it. As nice as SS is, Colliers has got a unique flavour which is sheer bliss. My favourite use of it is on Milton's seeded crackers-also available in Tesco. Just had some with my cup of tea and felt the need to have my ha'porth!
I really cannot congratulate you enough on this superb cheese. Like a lady earlier, I recommend it to all and sundry, including fellow shoppers at the cheese counter.
Many thanks for enriching my life! Best wishes, Pat Kerins (Mr)

I picked up a package of your cheddar at Costco in Calgary. Oh.....my.....gosh. I am in love. This is the best sharp cheddar I've EVER tasted, which is saying a lot, considering I grew up in a Canadian cheddar area.

I was born in Wales so anything Welsh catches my eye. I found Collier's at a local grocery store (Sobeys) here in Ontario just recently and had to give it a try. I'm sure glad I did, my husband and I love it! I have already been back there twice to buy more! Well done!
