Great tasting cheese. Won't tell my friends though as knowing Tesco's they'll probably run out of it. Not a good cook although my forte is Welsh Rabbit!!

I've been a fan of Collier's Welsh Cheddar for about 2 years and do not buy anything else. Its got a lovely tangy taste raw and its superb cooked. Well done Collier's.

Got the taste for Colliers some years ago and surprised to find such a strong taster in a Supermarket. Dont buy anything else as nothing is good as Colliers and have introduced it to friends. Always seem to have the strength from pack to pack which is quite unusual with other branded cheeses.

Colliers cheese is the only cheese I have been buying for the last couple of years, and although it is still the best, my husband and I have both commented that it does not seem to be as strong as it used to be. Please do not change it.

I think it is the best cheese i have tasted for a long while and i have recommended it to our friends and neighbours. I like to eat it with atin of tomatoes by warming the tomatoes in a frying pan with salt pepper and sugar then slicing the cheese on top . When the cheese has melted, spoon it onto warm toast and serve it is fantastic Yours Gerry

Having moved to the Isle of Man from North Wales I was so delighted when Tesco began to stock Collier over here. I have used it for years in a variety of recipes but frequently use it in chicken cheese and gammon pasta. .

An idea for merchandising is a cheese grater based on the shape of a miner;s lamp

Tried it first time yesterday. A very good cheese indeed. Tangy, melt in the mouth stuff with a very pleasing texture. Wonderful with Port. Definitely going on my permanent shopping list. Thanks Collier -if that is the name. All success to your efforts.

How about Colliers doing a recipe book for sale, which has some of colliers recipes in it and also some blank pages to add your own very special colliers recipes which you want to remember! The recipe book could also have a section at the front telling the story of colliers delicious cheese? Id buy one!! and they would make an ideal gift for any cheese lover!

Now hears an Easy one !!!!! Slowly simmer with lid on Heinz Tomato Soup and quarter cup of milk keep stirring slowly, when starts to bubble ADD cracked pink peppercorns if you can get it, Then ADD grated Collier Cheese at the end. Then lightly toast Cholla bread for dipping or dunking in the soup. Colliers cheese is great melted on this bread as well.
