I have been buying Colliers every week for the past 6 months now, as soon as I tried your cheese I was hooked and found it by far the best cheese in the supermarkets. We regularly have cheese nights and your cheese is always a winner and Colliers cheese on toast is an absolute belter. Many thanks

Well I have personally no comparison wih other batches as I have only just tried collier's. I am on a quest to finding my perfect British cheeses - as a non-Brit currently in Britain- and a great amateur of all kinds of cheese. I accidentally noticed your cheese at a local Tesco- it;s not always there, though or I would have tred it sooner. I have not had any oother cheddars yet, this is the first one I tried and it seems incredible. It's a bit hard to slice but I find it to be an excellent snack. Three days and my 400g is now eaten and I am in need of restocking. I really like it. Can;t say whether it;s the best or not but it certainly is right up my alley, I absolutely love its taste

The best cheese! We can now purchase Collier's at Costco! (Ontario)

I'm one of a small group of Brits living in Turkey, desperate for good strong cheddar (unobtainable here). We pack loads of Colliers when we come back from the UK and ask visitors to bring it to us. However, I have to agree with the criticisms voiced here of the texture and strength of Colliers at the moment. As a long-time seeker after good cheddar, I've seen Pilgrims and Seriously Strong go just the same way. Is it demand that makes producers compromise? It would be good to hear from Colliers about this......

Hi, ive been purchasing Colliers since we were introduced to a good few years ago. My friends also choose it as the mature cheddar of choice, however we too have noticed a change as other guests have too. The cheese has become milder, harder and more rubbery in texture. Now i guess theres a real reason for this, and it may not be a simple one after all cheese is quite complex. The recent changes are the most noticeable in the past few yeaers, maybe a result of this years odd weather? We havent given up yet as we know Colliers can be the best there is, however we are also after consistency too. For the record we purchase the great value 500g packs, i know my friends purchase the 400g packs. Let us know whats going on. By the way, Cheese is spelt Chese at the top of the guest book! Good luck in bringing back the true Colliers tatse!

Ever since first tasting your powerful welsh cheddar we have bought no other brand. But the last couple of packs have been really pretty tasteless. This last (from batch CN 00.44) has been the worst. Please tell us you have not changed your recipe and that this is not how it is going to taste from now on.

I have regularly purchased your powerful welsh cheddar and really enjoyed the strong flavour, however the last two packs have been very disappointing and different. The cheese has lacked its usual punch and the texture has felt rubbery and been difficult to slice. Has this been a blip or have you changed something ? Love to hear your views. Thanks.

My Wife and I have just tasted your cheddar for the first time and we both agree that the flavour is fantastic. A creamy flavour that is rich and aged (very mellowly) with a hint of saltiness.Heading back to the costco later to get some more before they sell out, as I know they will D.Murphy(Newfoundland , Canada)

I buy your cheese every week all year and have noticed the last 2 to3 weeks it has changed its texture and lost its powerful taste.I did notice this last year and wondered if it was to do with grazing and production times.I would be interested to here your comments.

This powerful Welsh Cheddar is actually a very limp, tasteless cheese that I would recommend only for cooking, but 10/10 for the packaging

Without a doubt the best cheddar I have ever tasted, and a great name too!

Fantastically good cheddar! I buy it at Tesco and like many others I can't understand why some other supermarkets have stopped stocking it. Simply the best cheddar I have found and my fridge is never without it. Well done Collier's.

Like others below, I discovered your cheddar this week at Costco. While it's not as sharp as some of the artisan 5 years plus aged cheddar, it's half the price and outstanding value for the money. At this price, it will become my everyday cheddar! I'll watch for the gratted version.

bit disapppointed... am sure the flavour and especially the consistency has changed. Still tastes good, but now its just like a lot of others on the market. Used to be my favourite, now its just a good cheese.

Discovered your fabulous cheddar at my local Costco store here in Ottawa. It was amazing grated over a steaming bowl of spicy chili, but I am now looking forward to enjoying some more with a nice glass of wine.. Thank you for such a quality product! I hope the elderly gentleman who also purchased some at the same time as me (he needed a bit of convincing) likes it as much as I do!
