:-):-):-)I must confess I tried your cheese because it was on special offer at my local Tesco. I was intrigued by the information on the coal black wrapper. I do like my cheddar in front of all the other regional and continental offerings and I award yours a 10 out of 10. I love the tangy, creamy flavour and I am hooked. Well done and long may you produce it!

8-08-08-0 I was out in California visiting my brother. We went to Bristol Farms in Mission Viejo. Your cheese is fabulous. Unfortunatley I live in Rockford Illinois. Is there a store here which carries your Powerful Welsh Cheddar? We have Highlander, Sullivans and Loglis could you please contact one of them to supply your product. I even cut off your label so I would have it. Thanks keep up the great work. We Americans love great Cheeseeeee!!!!! Linda

For once, a cheese which really does live up to its marketing! This is the first time I have bought this cheese, and will definitely buy again, but would like assurance that tiny white flecks, with chalky consistency, are safe to eat, and if so, what are they, and is this usual?

I am getting married on 1st December and am planning on having a 'cheese' cake. I am a big fan of Collier cheese and want to know if I can buy a whole cheese (round) and if so at what cost. Thank you in anticipation. Kind regards Clare

Pigrims Choice and Seriously Strong are OK, but Colliers is the best by far, and the only one I buy now. I've converted a number of friends and at the moment Tesco have a special offer ususally £2.76 now only £1.76....my fridge is full of it! ;-)

:-! Dear All, We very well known that as cheddar is older and older in age, the taste will be more sharper and fantastic which I like too much. Now the problem is in many asian countries, as per legal standards, cheese must not have more than 12 months shelf-life. Is anybody having any technical litrtaure which may convience them that matured cheddar upto 24 months like cheddar is fit for human consumption? If yes please solve my problem and forward me details ASAP.

I am living in Berlin, Germany and would love to find Colliers cheddar over here. Strong cheddar-like cheese are hard to come by here. Have you any plans for a Berlin distributer?

I now live in Shetland for the summer. The Colliers I stocked up on in Aberdeen Sainsburys has finished. We have a Coop here, which I use and a Somerfield supermarket can you send them some labels or do I have to print off unfortunately I threw the last wrapping away. I use to buy at the Peterborough Waitrose. It is a marvellous cheese. Would you do mail order

What fantastic cheese, and only made a few miles away from where my family roots are.:-) I love the tea towel, but as a previous poster had written, it would be lovely if it were a little bigger so as it could be used for a scarf perhaps.

I discovered your amazing cheese when I was visiting my sister in Sheffield. I managed to keep it mostly refrigerated for the next three weeks as I traveled through England and Germany, and I was afraid customs would steal it from me when I got back to the US, but I made it safely home, and unwrapped your cheese to find the most exquisite, delicious cheddar I have ever tasted. Had I known what I would experience when I ate it, I would have shipped a whole box back to the U.S.! I am sad now, because I can't find Collier's anywhere in Seattle - only in some co-ops in Pennsylvania, which don't deliver to Seattle. If you know where I can find it in the U.S., I would appreciate it. Thank you for your delicious cheese. I think it is the most memorable part of my trip to England ;-)
