We love the cheese, and continue to buy every week at Waitrose. But,please, no more tea towels! Its a complete waste of packaging and tea towels.

I have literally just tasted this cheese for the first time... I bought it on a whim. It is honestly, the BEST cheese I have ever tasted in my life, and that is one hell of a bold statement for me. I'm trying so hard not to eat the whole packet, but it's so tempting. Please, I beg of you, never ever stop stocking up the Sainsbury's of Fareham in Hampshire. I think I've fallen in love.

Please export to Hong Kong!
I've just run out of the last stash I smuggled back from Wales in August and need a new supply. If various packets of a Scottish cheese (McLelland) can be found on the shelves in our supermarkets here then we should be able to buy good Welsh cheese too. As McLelland has done, please work out something with the Park & Shop chain because a) your cheese is far better and b) I like to support all things Welsh. Thanks!

You make a very good chedder cheese and I hope to enjoy eating it for many years to come.
:-D
However if you again think of having a promotional gift, please, please use one that is of a quality somewhere near that of the cheese. The tea towel is a waste, please use the money to develope a new product, reduce the price or donate to charity - just don't waste resources!

As a cheeseaholic I've tried many different types of cheese, from mild to strong, soft to hard, but nothing comes close to the consistency of your cheese. Every pack is guaranteed to be as good as any other, and you just don't get that with any other so-called mature or vintage cheddar. I think it should have a warning on the pack though... this cheese is seriously addictive!

Stunning cheese !! and if our local supermarket has sold out then we never buy another imposter, we travel to another supermarket close buy and purchase a few there.
My 14 year old son loves the stuff.

:-)Discovered it some time back, and will not now buy any other. We love putting it on the table at dinner parties.
"Oh, sorry, we don't eat cheese."
" Just try a little?"
" Well,... reluctantly ......."
Then go back to conversations with others and watch them keep breaking off pieces when they think you're not looking.

This is by far my favourite cheese since discovering it a couple of years ago. I just love it 8-08-0.
Unlike many of the other stronger cheeses, Colliers has REAL TASTE - in fact it's very hard to resist breaking off pieces to nibble when making up sandwiches or preparing recipes.
What I don't understand (in my experience) is that Colliers seems to be given a very small amount of shelf space, so you have to really look for it. I've recommended Colliers to a couple of people who have been unable to find it.
Even worse - the branch of Tesco's where I shop, have been out of stock three times in a row - hope this doesn't mean they no longer stock it :-(:-( Perhaps the cheese was so well hidden that not enough people purchased it.
Next time I go into Tesco, I intend to query this situation. If it's confirmed that they will no longer stock Colliers, I shall probably have to take my custom to a store that does.

I love cheese but cheddar has always had to put up a fight against other types. NOT NOW!!! I’m completely addicted to Colliers cheddar. So much so, whilst nibbling a HUGE chunk from the fridge just, I felt suddenly, unfamiliarly compelled to check out the website and sign the guest book. Fantastic job!! By far the best cheddar you can purchase off a supermarket shelf. :-)

:-)Having regarded myself as a connoisseur I have spent many a year searching for the perfect cheese. A cheese with the correct balance of subtle flavours and intense after bite. This cheese, in my humble opinion, is as near perfect as you will ever find (and having sampled every cheese sold by Sainsburys, Tesco's etc I have tasted quite a few). Purchase and enjoy.

Always bought seriously strong Canadian Mature cheddar but have just been given Colliers as a gift from a gourmand son.
I must say that this is the best cheddar I have ever tasted and have already recommended to those friends who I know will appreciate you product. Will now have to find a local store which stocks as this will be No.1 from now on.

Colliers is the only cheese we buy.8-0
We were converted over two years ago and since then have encouraged many friends and colleagues to try it.#-)
Especially loved the free tea-towel a few months ago - any chance of further opportunities to get more Colliers related merchandise ??:-D
