Have been eating Colliers cheese for about 6 months and it's the best cheese I have EVER tasted. Every other brand is now tastless and rubbery and not worth buying. You pay for quality and we use two 400g blocks every week. It's even tastier when eaten with piccalilli.

Love the cheese - but not the tea towel. Please charge less for your cheese and leave out the towel.

I love cheese. Well except the blue smelly sock type. But I can safely say colliers out does any other that I can buy. I keep thinking I've found it and I have to tell everyone they have to try it, but I've yet to met anyone around here that hasn't(Aberdare.I'm only down the road)So the secrets out around here anyway. You need to go global; just dont sacriice marketing for taste

Dear All I love the cheeese and I am addicted. An Amercian who stayed with us loved it also and took some back with him. He is only sorry he can not get it over there. You should look at the export market. However the last batch I bought when I opened it was covered in blue green mould. The best buy date is 15.02.07 and the text abouve the dtae is L21 21:03.I WOULD LIKE TO SEE YOU GO FROM STRENGTH TO STRENGTH (NO PUN INTENDED)but if a first time customer picked up this one then it would be thier last. regards John

I 8-0 this cheese!!! I wish you would import it to the states! Sadly nothing in America can quite compare to Colliers! Please bring it over, it would be a great improvement!!!

Colliers is the best cheese I have ever tasted, it bites back when you bite into it, it's so strong. However when I opened the last package it has what I can only describe as a brown mould over it, before taking it back to waitrose, I would like your comments on what has caused this ?. I look forward to an early reply as I really don't want to deprive myself or my family of such a delicious cheese. Regards Mrs M M Harrington.

:-/:-? I bought a 400g pack of Colliers Cheddar on Sat 16th Decmeber from Morrisons Bangor Gwynedd. I opened it on Sunday 17th December at the end of a meal for friends who were visiting Wales. The cheese was covered in green mould. Pretty disgusting. The batch number was L21 16.26 Best before date 15.02.07. Come on you need to clean up your act. John Denton

Without a doubt the finest cheese I have tasted in my relativly short life so far. At this point I don't think another chedder could beat this - just the best taste in the world! This cheese, alongside Iron Maiden are the best things in the world! Keep up the good work and a Merry Christmas to all!

I have been eating Collier's now for about 12 months sfter years of looking around for a consistently good, flavoursome mature cheddar. Collier's fulfills all of these and more. I would recommend it to anybody.:-D

Simply beautiful ! I contract work near Poole Dorset and found this gem of a cheese in Tesco whilst down there. It was on special until 5 December so added a few extra blocks to the shopping basket :-B One of my favourite concoctions is on top of my enchiladas (Think spelt rite)Thanks to all. Keep up the good work !!!

consistent quality, consistent flavour...both of which are always excellent.I have never had any hesitation recommending this cheese to friends including one who is an hotelier and now uses this cheese as the resident cheddar for their cheeseboard.

I admire you for establishing something from the past, this was often the food that kept men going all day, not knowing if they would see the coal face again, or their families at the end of the shift. My daughter is married to a Collier and a cheese lover. Regards - Gloria Wells

I have noticed it is a bit harder to get at the moment. I hope this is just a blip, as in 50 years of cheese eating I can honestly say, this is the best and most consistent tasting cheese I have have ever tried. Keep up the good work. Thankyou,Pat

:-D I have never come across such a consitantly high quality cheese, it makes other so called 'strong' cheese taste like tallow. I would go as far as to say that of all the Cheddar's I have eaten in 50 years a cheese lover, even including those made in the Cheddar gorge, Collier's is far above the others. Rich, crumbly cheese with a gorgeous aroma and a wonderful 'nutty' taste and bite which doesn't lose any flavour when cooked-unbeatable everytime and eatable anytime.:-D
