Dear All,
We very well known that as cheddar is older and older in age, the taste will be more sharper and fantastic which I like too much. Now the problem is in many asian countries, as per legal standards, cheese must not have more than 12 months shelf-life.
Is anybody having any technical litrtaure which may convience them that matured cheddar upto 24 months like cheddar is fit for human consumption? If yes please solve my problem and forward me details ASAP.

I am living in Berlin, Germany and would love to find Colliers cheddar over here. Strong cheddar-like cheese are hard to come by here. Have you any plans for a Berlin distributer?

I now live in Shetland for the summer. The Colliers I stocked up on in Aberdeen Sainsburys has finished. We have a Coop here, which I use and a Somerfield supermarket can you send them some labels or do I have to print off unfortunately I threw the last wrapping away.
I use to buy at the Peterborough Waitrose. It is a marvellous cheese. Would you do mail order

What fantastic cheese, and only made a few miles away from where my family roots are.:-) I love the tea towel, but as a previous poster had written, it would be lovely if it were a little bigger so as it could be used for a scarf perhaps.

I discovered your amazing cheese when I was visiting my sister in Sheffield. I managed to keep it mostly refrigerated for the next three weeks as I traveled through England and Germany, and I was afraid customs would steal it from me when I got back to the US, but I made it safely home, and unwrapped your cheese to find the most exquisite, delicious cheddar I have ever tasted. Had I known what I would experience when I ate it, I would have shipped a whole box back to the U.S.!
I am sad now, because I can't find Collier's anywhere in Seattle - only in some co-ops in Pennsylvania, which don't deliver to Seattle. If you know where I can find it in the U.S., I would appreciate it.
Thank you for your delicious cheese. I think it is the most memorable part of my trip to England ;-)

:-}I contacted you a good longwhile ago before you had this guestbook anyway, complimenting you on your fine cheese and deriding silly comments about the pretty website!,[ I believe there was some kind of crossover with another.]my my comment now is, good idea about the free 'T' towel but this is only seen in a kitchen of a purchaser, if the cloth was made square, say 25 ins it could be used for other purposes to promote a vey good product I would use it as a scarfe when using a vintage motorcycle on rally's etc. I'm sure others could find appropriate ways of utilising and thereby promoting your cheese,
Kindest rgards

although i enjoy this product i have recently had the misfortune to purchase on two seperate occasions from the same store a 400g block of cheese and when i have come to use it it has been completely covered in mould and when i've returned to the store, because i've not still had the receipt they refuse to deal with it so the asda store in brierley hill dudley is really letting colliers down ,great product being given a bad name ,shame on you asda

I have to say I have NEVER before been moved to seek out a particular food on the internet and visit it's website, let alone leave a comment in it's guestbook BUT Collier's cheese is a revelation, it is simply wonderful and I 8-0 it! MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic cheese - I've tried other so-called 'mature' cheeses and they aren't a patch on it. Good for low fat diets as well - a little goes a very long way. An export for Wales to be proud of. Diolch yn fawr! :-)

I originally bought this cheese because I was attracted by its beautiful name, but now I am hooked. I have even got a tea towel with my name on it now.
Well done the Colliers.

Have been using Colliers cheese for sometime now,It is definately the best Cheddar on the market,I love it and have converted the rest of the family. It is the only one I find that really flavours a cheese sauce, to make it really worth eating. Keep up the good work, and by the way thanks for the tea towel-- very elegant!!

Colliers is an astonishing cheese. Of course it's astonishing for its unique taste and texture, and for being by far the best cheddar that money can buy. But what I find most astonishing is the fact that supermarkets even bother to stock anything else at all. After all, any other cheddar pales into rubbery/fatty/tasteless insignificance.
