Sorry - wasn't Somerfield, was Tesco where it was on promotion. (OH did the shopping - I normally avoid Tesco due to their market dominance)

Best cheddar I've ever tasted. Thank you ! Please will you repeat the offer with the tea towels as I loved them too. I'm tying to find an oven glove to match !!

Collier's is an awesomely strong, fully-flavoursome cheddar. I think it's the best extra mature cheddar around.

:-D
As we have a Pub/Restuarant which is very popular, we would love to try this cheese as an addition to our menu ingredients, unfortunately we are unable to find an email address for the company itself.
Could someone help me out?

:-) This cheese is nothing short of exceptional! I speak as 1 of 4 members of the household, ranging from 11 to 44, who are completely & utterly hooked. Please don't ever stop supplying Booths, although a big discount wouldn't go amiss every now & then (or week!!)

My wife and I recently came across your cheese in one of our markets in Austin, Texas and in all honesty I will say that we have never tasted a cheese more palatable and with such a great texture. Although rather expensive here in our region, in the future we will not be satisfied with any other cheeses. The cheese has a great name too.:-)

I discovered Colliers some months ago and fortunately I have no problem finding copious supplies here on the Sussex Coast. I too have eaten C****dral C*ty and various brands from supermarkets for many years and always been a bit underwhelmed, forced to seek out 'proper' cheddars from specialists and farm shops (also not uncommon here).
Colliers is now an automatic choice when I'm food shopping, only occasionly do I feel the need for something a little different once in a while (one does not restrict oneself to just one favourite malt whiskey or beer, after all!)
Thank you for an excellent cheddar!
Cheers, Dave.

Just to congratulate all concerned on producing such a great product.
Stands out above all the competition and there's not many products our whole family including young grandkids all love.
Thanks and well done

I love your cheese so much I just had to say something. I used to eat cathedral city, now even the sight of it offends me. How can it be put on store shelves next to such an obviously superior product. I can only think that not enough people have tried Colliers, because if everyone had there would only be one cheddar. A cheddar monopoly!

I tasted your cheese for the first time yesterday and I had to have a moment to myself it was so beautiful. I am at work today telling all the cheese lovers I know about it, Buy Buy Buy!
