I love cheese but cheddar has always had to put up a fight against other types. NOT NOW!!! I’m completely addicted to Colliers cheddar. So much so, whilst nibbling a HUGE chunk from the fridge just, I felt suddenly, unfamiliarly compelled to check out the website and sign the guest book. Fantastic job!! By far the best cheddar you can purchase off a supermarket shelf. :-)

:-)Having regarded myself as a connoisseur I have spent many a year searching for the perfect cheese. A cheese with the correct balance of subtle flavours and intense after bite. This cheese, in my humble opinion, is as near perfect as you will ever find (and having sampled every cheese sold by Sainsburys, Tesco's etc I have tasted quite a few). Purchase and enjoy.

Always bought seriously strong Canadian Mature cheddar but have just been given Colliers as a gift from a gourmand son. I must say that this is the best cheddar I have ever tasted and have already recommended to those friends who I know will appreciate you product. Will now have to find a local store which stocks as this will be No.1 from now on.

Colliers is the only cheese we buy.8-0 We were converted over two years ago and since then have encouraged many friends and colleagues to try it.#-) Especially loved the free tea-towel a few months ago - any chance of further opportunities to get more Colliers related merchandise ??:-D

:-):-):-)I must confess I tried your cheese because it was on special offer at my local Tesco. I was intrigued by the information on the coal black wrapper. I do like my cheddar in front of all the other regional and continental offerings and I award yours a 10 out of 10. I love the tangy, creamy flavour and I am hooked. Well done and long may you produce it!

8-08-08-0 I was out in California visiting my brother. We went to Bristol Farms in Mission Viejo. Your cheese is fabulous. Unfortunatley I live in Rockford Illinois. Is there a store here which carries your Powerful Welsh Cheddar? We have Highlander, Sullivans and Loglis could you please contact one of them to supply your product. I even cut off your label so I would have it. Thanks keep up the great work. We Americans love great Cheeseeeee!!!!! Linda

For once, a cheese which really does live up to its marketing! This is the first time I have bought this cheese, and will definitely buy again, but would like assurance that tiny white flecks, with chalky consistency, are safe to eat, and if so, what are they, and is this usual?

I am getting married on 1st December and am planning on having a 'cheese' cake. I am a big fan of Collier cheese and want to know if I can buy a whole cheese (round) and if so at what cost. Thank you in anticipation. Kind regards Clare

Pigrims Choice and Seriously Strong are OK, but Colliers is the best by far, and the only one I buy now. I've converted a number of friends and at the moment Tesco have a special offer ususally £2.76 now only £1.76....my fridge is full of it! ;-)
