Hi went on a mystery tour and we stopped in Conway for lunch, in a small shop I was asked to sample some cheese one of them was Collier's,
from that moment I was hooked it's taste was just like the cheese my grandmother used to give me, it bought all the memories of her flooding back,
Thank you Fayrefield for producing such a fine tasting cheese.:-)

8-0 Scumptious - the best cheese ever! The only pity is they don't stock it in Bude, Cornwall. I have to keep getting parcels sent from Neath! I am doing a good job of converting my workplace - they are all hooked, and place regular orders! So maybe now is the time for a Cornish campaign...

We are exhibiting on a regular basis on the Costa Del Sol between Estepona & Gibraltar. Please mail as we would like to promote the product and need merchandise or advertising material. The exhibits promote Wales alongside other nations so include food, clothing, music etc. Any help would be appreciated and the next exhibit is in Estepona on the 6th April.

After a visit to Wales and eating lots of Collier's, we were thrilled when our friend Ann Courtney would bring back Collier's Cheese for us from her annual visits back home to Wales. Imagine our surprise and delight--no wait, exultation--when we found it in a small town grocery store, Busch's, in Dexter, Michigan this year. I realize we will stir deep envy from other fans that are not so lucky. But, as Americans will do, WE WANT MORE. More Collier's in more stores in the U.S. Please?

After years of buying your cheese at Tescos in Cardiff and taking it back to the USA imagine the thrill of finding it in Buschs in Dexter Michigan. It gave me a serious episode of longing for the green hills of home. I am introducing all my friends to the experience!!!

This is the best cheese Ive tasted in years- on jacket potatoes, grated into salad, on toast on pasta- or straight from the packet.
Thankyou. Please make sure it is stocked by Morrisons Bulwell, so I can keep buying it
