Just to congratulate all concerned on producing such a great product.
Stands out above all the competition and there's not many products our whole family including young grandkids all love.
Thanks and well done

I love your cheese so much I just had to say something. I used to eat cathedral city, now even the sight of it offends me. How can it be put on store shelves next to such an obviously superior product. I can only think that not enough people have tried Colliers, because if everyone had there would only be one cheddar. A cheddar monopoly!

I tasted your cheese for the first time yesterday and I had to have a moment to myself it was so beautiful. I am at work today telling all the cheese lovers I know about it, Buy Buy Buy!

Looks like a wonderful aged cheddar, sadly your availability page showed no stores in US or Canada.
Also, very nice website but pages & pictures too small, hard to see details.

When i make my shopping choice each week i automatically reach for the Colliers cheese - any chance of selling it in larger chunks? I and my family just keep on loving the taste of it.
Proud to be Welsh!:-D
