Hi, I love love love your cheese, started eating it a few years ago, have being very loyal to Royal Canadian Cheddar, but after the first bite of your cheese, I was hooked. I get so frustrated when I can't get it in my local Asda, who I shop on line with, and have to make a special trip to Sainsburys to stock up on it.
I'm now going into your recipe section to see what you can do with it cooking wise.
I have a guilty pleasure, which is eating it with a bag of Walkers Cheese and Onion crisps, delicious.
thanks and keep up the good work.

Of all the Cheddars that Tesco sell, yours is by far and away the best. If only they could always sell it at £2 for the 380g (or thereabouts) block!
Dellicious.

Dear Sirs,
Cheese is important and a mature cheddar the most important of all. Having tried many different brands, some reasonable some bad, but when I tasted Colliers mature cheddar, oh wow! that is the one for me.
Whatever Colliers is served with it shines through, if one needs a taste thrill just cut off a slice and eat it.
It also cooks very well, so many cheeses change in flavour when cooked. I have made a up a recipe using Colliers mature and spinach as a source to have with pasta.
Long may you continue,
With thanks,
Bryan.

This is the cheese, which has the taste of all the cheeses I have ever tasted. Try it with a good Port or agood red wine. It is THE CHEESE . The cheese you have always looked for. I speak with 77 years of tasting cheeses from around the world. Lo and behold here it is on our doorstep

I found my heavenly cheese 5 years ago when I bought Colliers for the first time, and I had tried all the well known brands before only to find inconsistency of flavour and texture in all of them from one packet to the next. This cheese maintains its fantastic quality and flavour each and every time I purchase it, what quality what a business. You must have such pride in the way you manufacture your product to produce this quality so consistently. I have introduced all my friends to your cheese and they have all dumped previouis manufacturers cheeses in exchange for yours because of its reliability. May you go on forever manufacturing this quality cheese and good luck for the future to the company and its employees. Best wishes from Beth.

where have you been all my life? my kids (resident in south east Wales) have been raving about this wonderful cheese for months. they finally took pity on mum and brought some on their last visit. short of finding a store in this benighted part of the world I'll have to rely on them bringing more... and more....and more!! everyone here who has tried it has been bowled over by what I can only describe as a smooth kick! THE best cheddar ever.

Nothing but Collier's cheddar in our house since I discovered it many years ago - 16 month old niece tucks in, too. I'm waiting with eager anticipation for Collier's butter to arrive in the next fridge .. when's it coming to London??

Being a welshman living in South Africa, I bought my first block of Colliers Cheddar Cheese about a week ago. It is the most fantastic cheddar I have ever tasted. In South Africa, we do not get a variety of good cheddar cheese at all. The colliers cheese is very expensive in South Africa but it is worth every single cent and from now on I will not eat anything else but Colliers.
Thank you for a fantastic cheese.

I have been using nothing else but Colliers for over 2 years now and really cannot buy any ofther chedder. I have been known to travel to other supermarkets to buy it when out of stock at my own. Every single person who has tasted the cheese at my house ends up converting too !!
The best chedder ever

Colliers is the most delicious cheddar I have ever tasted. All other cheddars pale into insignificance in comparison. It's delicious on it's own or in cooking - it adds the most wonderful flavour to any cheese dish. I love it so much, thank you Colliers for making the finest cheese in the history of, well....cheeses!

This is, without a doubt, the best Cheddar you will EVER put in your mouth.
If it is not currently carried in your local grocery, insist that your grocer put it on the shelf!

My neigbours introduced me to Colliers cheese and since that day my family had not eaten any other cheddar!! Its flavour is distinctive, addictive and the best I have tasted in many years. My family love it when we have griddled steaks and I take large field mushrooms; fill them with a small knob of butter, garlic and grated colliers and place on the griddle until cooked, absolutely fantastic. You can also mix in some onion or top with some crispy nibbles of bacon. Give it a try.

We fell in love with the taste of Collier's cheese while visiting our son, Peter and his family in North London several years ago. Since then, it's become our favorite cheese and we stock up on it before we come back to Canada after a visit there, or they have to bring it for us when they come here. When Pete and his family were planning to fly over to Calgary for a visit, I asked him to please bring some Collier's with him. He said to me, "It's all about the cheese, isn't it Dad?"
