just tryed the cheese for the first time 4 / 2 / 2012 got it from aldi, best cheese we have tasted, strong and flaversome will be getting more. can i buy a block of it?

I have been a customer of your wonderful cheese for quite sometime . I use to buy it at Costco in Vancouver . However a few weeks ago, much to my annoyance , I was informed by them they have discontinued your produce . I would appreciate if your cheese can be purchased in the greater Vancouver area . We've been Collier's Powerful cheese fans for years - in Wales it was the only way to get some sort of consistency. BUT, what has happened lately? The last 3 packs of Collier's Powerful Welsh Cheese has been less than a whimper! I probably say little more than a mild cheese but the price is still the same. Really disappointed and looking forward to a change back to the great, powerful cheese it once was.

We love this cheese but are unable to buy it anywhere locally, Morrisons of Warminster Wiltshire is our local supermaket. It has a good selection of cheeses but no longer Colliers. We tried Sainsburys of Frome Somerset as there was none in the cheese section, we enquired at the counter only to be told they had never heard of it.

It was a fabulous cheese, stronger than any I have ever tasted. I let my landlady have some as she likes strong cheese too. She really like it. Her name is Mary Ann.

Despite the stockists stated on your website your cheddar blocks have not been available in Morrisons, Asda or Tesco in the Torbay area when sought by my wife or I for some weeks or even months. Why is that please?

Can't get Collier's cheese in Morrison's any more! Nothing else comes up to it so PLEASE can you get it back on the shelves!!

I absolutely love your Powerful Welsh Cheddar!!! It is the best I've ever tasted. Having grown up in New York State I'm acustomed to excellent cheese and prefer a very sharp cheddar. This is very difficult to find in my current home state of Florida. I recently discovered your cheese in the local Costco store. On my trip there today it was nowhere to be found!!!! I hope that it will be available there in the near future. Are there any other stores in Tallahassee, Florida where it is sold? No other cheddar will do! Thank you for your excellent product

After buying and trying this cheese the first time around and not liking a "chemical taste" to it; we decided to admit it may have been a one off as there are many posotive comments on here about it. Sadly, second time around, it is just the same chemical taste and aftertase if not worse this time - wont be going for a third try I'm afraid :-( There are other tried and tested products which do come up to scratch elsewhere in the UK, and we will be staying with them. There seems to be a consistency issue with the product from other posters here if I may say so. John.

Must say, best cheddar i have ever tasted, strong with right flavour, texture and crystals, but the last two packs i have bought have been very bland , wrong texture, no crystals, not up to usual standard!

You are so right. One taste was enough to convince me to search locally to buy more of your Powerful Welsh Cheddar. It has such a distinctive taste and I wish I had come across it earlier. Keep up the good work. Mike Strongman.

Hello we to have noticed the powerfull kick has become a little week , I thought it was me but a few family members have also noticed, please please bring it back as we really miss that very first hit when taking a bite , it is so lovely and we will still support you as you are a member of the family from a proud ex miner , who lost their jobs and respect when the mines were closed , we miss the boys but never the dire conditions , dust and many health conditions that resulted with years of minning. It brings back memories when I see the face of the collier on the packaging, the hairs go up on the back of my neck, Ken who still lives in an old mining village in Soth Wales one road in and one road out, no pits no jobs and sadly dying day by day .

Best Value superb taste I live only a few miles from CHEDDAR but Colliers is the one with the true cheddar taste

Very dissapointed with this cheese I regret to say. There was a slightly sweetish chemical taste to it which was not what I was expecting.

I NORMALLY BUY THREE BLOCKS A MONTH AT LEAST AND IF TESCO'S HAS NONE ON THE SHELF I ASK IF THERE IS ANY IN THE STOREROOM, IF NOT I WILL NOT BOTHER WITH ANOTHER BRAND I WILL RETURN THE NEXT DAY , ITS WORTH THE PRICE AND THE EFFORT

We have not bought any other cheese since we discovered the Collier brand in our local Aldi. We have recommended it to family and friends, and buy 800 grammes each time we shop. We could not locate it when we shopped today in Aldi and the Management could not decide whether they had 'run out' or not restocking it. We see also that Morrisons and Tesco do not have it on their shelves. HELP !!! We live on Collier Cheese and need to know where we can now get it !!
